Bálint Bíró is a filmmaker from Hungary. Based in Budapest, he works as a freelance documentary director.
He studied filmmaking at the Arts University Bournemouth in England between 2015 and 2018. In 2018, he was awarded an Erasmus Mundus scholarship for the DocNomads Master’s Course in Documentary Film Directing, which was held in Portugal, Belgium, and Hungary.
Bálint is a mentor and lecturer on the DocNomads Master’s Course, and a member of MADOKE, the Hungarian Documentary Association.
